Imagine Awards Nominations Deadline is November 15

Last year, Dr. Joseph A. Fleck, DDS; Mr. Andrew Ganote; and Ms. Kim Kruer had a moment in the limelight in recognition of their contributions for individuals with disabilities. Who will be honored this year?

Have you ever wondered how the Imagine Awards honorees are chosen? Do you have a neighbor, co-worker, or family member with a disability, or who advocates for those who have disabilities? Do you know a business that's committed to enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities? Have you ever thought that someone you know should receive the award? Here’s your chance — nominate them today! 

The Imagine Awards recognize an individual with a disability, a community leader or volunteer, and a corporation or organization that is committed to making a better community and world for people with disabilities… a community where everyone belongs.  The award nominees must work or live in Clark, Floyd, Harrison, Scott or Washington counties in Indiana or Jefferson County, Kentucky. The award categories are:
 

 

Individual with a Disability for outstanding personal achievements

Community Leader/Citizen/Volunteer whose personal/professional efforts have positively impacted people with disabilities

Business/Organization committed to employing or enhancing the lives of people with disabilities

The awards are sponsored by Horizon Wealth Management and will be presented at the Imagine Awards gala on March 1, 2014, at Horseshoe Southern Indiana.
