Rauch Industries
Rauch Industries offers an integrated workplace that employs people with and without disabilities. Works Services staff address clients' needs and ensure individual planning occurs in an open, friendly, and organized manner. Referrals to community services and crisis intervention supports are based on individual needs and/or choices. Every client has direct care staff to work with them on their goals. Each staff person is hired only if they can show a true interest in and empathy toward helping our clients and have the necessary training that is required by state agencies and Rauch.
Work Services manager Theresa Berry said the ultimate goal is to "train job skills for people who don't have them and also to individualize each person's experience here so they can learn and grow to the best of their ability."
